Beretta M1934

Slingblade

Well money's been a little tight and no TR weapons falling in my lap I picked this up for a decent price. Very well made little .380, I like the redish color to the blue on the slide, kinda like DOT extractors

Great little guns SB. Nice find. They are known to have that plumb hue on the slide. I believe that is a result of the nickel content in the Beretta steel. Beretta made a high quality product.

Thanks HB.

I've been reading about the reason for the plumb color, interesting.
I guess a M1934 was used in the assassination of Gandhi?

I didn't know one was used on Gandhi, but they are well designed and well made little pistols and were made for years after WW2. It's not like Gandhi was a raging 6'4" 250 lb. charging target either, so a .380 would have been enough.

I have a Sig P230 for CCW. IMO .380 Is the min. for concealed carry personal defense. I like the small size, I don't even know I have it.
