This is for the guys that like erma rifles. Back in the mid 80's I was at a gun show in Ohio and this older gent was standing in line holding a s/27 1938 that was polished up like a mirror. That was the first k-98 that I had bought. He told he had another one in his car, it was this one. He said this was brought back from Africa. I have no way to prove that. Anyway I hope this adds something to this forum. Only thing I could find that doesn't match is cleaning rod marked 20.
