Whats you're concerns on the stock? The rifle looks fine. I'd prefer to see a durofol handguard on it though. Reclaimed g41 action cover is correct for this variation. Very nice rifle !!

Bob,
no, this is mine, I've had it over a year and bought it in PA. Mauser99, if you look closely, there is a very well done patch in the stock on the right hand side, no concern, just thought it was neat. Rifle is very minty, I should have dusted it though, it would have photographed better.

I believe reclaimed g41 is incorrect made purposly for g43 for a while at BLM when they had a supply problem as these pop up in a good group for tiny pockets.

Butt Stock stuff?

So whats the green cloth in the butt stock? Did it come with a manual and spares?

Hi, came with spare parts with a small amount of the remains of the wax paper they came in, but no manual. The green cloth appears to be just a rag of some sort.
