Kentomon, this is not a repro. There has been found a big number of unissued ones with a deceased optics collector in Germany. The person who found the lot sold them first singularly, then accepted a sum for all from an optics dealer.

Yes, I got it when many poped up on ebay several years ago and have compared it with my another one(#92916). The metal parts are really good, but the font is clearly different. I mean the serial number and "V=2x". #76514 and #92916 are more similar.

Yes, there are 2 different types of engravings. These are also found on the unissued ones. The one shown is definitely original. No copies of Waffenmeisterlupen are being known.
 
Wonderful info. Anyone know where to find one, or find a repro?, and do the repros actually work? It would be great to have the devise originally used, or a copy, to zero a ZF41. I love the find and great find IMO.
