There is a market for accurate copies of these guns, just look at how the PTR-44 sells. Why they make and sell these plastic things will always elude me.
Every ATI gun that I have bought has needed to go back for some work. I have had the 1911 in 22, two MP44s, the MP5 clone in 22.
The good news is that they were great to deal with and quickly fixed every problem. All the guns continued to work once they came back.
If you get an ATI, GSG, just plan on sending it back once. I did not buy the MP 40 in 22, because of my experience with them. However, I am thinking about the 9mm? I wonder if the mags or grips or any parts are interchangable?
