Currently back home in Gettysburg visiting family for Christmas found this in a small shop. One of my loves is the German navy both WWI and WWII.

Some photos from the Leipzig.
The crew member, who took the photos, joined the German Navy in 1931 as officer candidate.
He served on the following ships:
Segelschulschiff NIOBE
Kreuzer KARLSRUHE (world tour 1931 - 1932)
Vermessungsschiff METEOR
Torpedoboot T155
Kreuzer LEIPZIG
Kreuzer KÖLN (Spanish civil war)
Kreuzer BLÜCHER (occupation of Norway)
and finally shared the fate with the BISMARCK.
