Soldbuch Question

Can somebody on here please translate this unit for me?? Also, was it common to glue the photo in instead of using staples?? Mike

Photos are glued and/or attached with stapples in to Soldbucher, so no problem at all.


The unit on the little piece of glued in paper is Marsch Bataillone zum besondere verwendung Infanterie 815.

A "Wehrkreis" is a military district in Germany, WK13 is the district around Nurnberg.

An American English translation and short explaination would be that it is a replacement unit based/organised in Nurmberg.

The unit on the stamp is Landesschützen Btl 802.
