1911 M.O. commercial ?? GEW98

I found this while trolling online. 1911 m/o gew 98 with I assume thier commercial?? ulm stag antler proof. Gun apears all correct and matching less a scrubbed bolt.

I added the ??? mark to my post. I wasnt sure. Pre war maybe a wurtenberg proof ??? I know Bavaria had its own proof through out the war. Did wurtenburg have their own proof ??
 
For what it's worth, that's definitely a Wuerttemberg antler. The scrubbed bolt is plainly an attempt to make this more desirable than the bolt mm that it is, but it's still an interesting piece. Incidentally, the 1917 MO I listed in the Imperial forum was from him - he does get some nice legitimate, matching pieces from time to time (even more so when you're looking for stuff besides Mausers). Managed to buy that one FTF before he could list it on GB.
