Unless my eyes deceive me, that's an ORPO publication? Very nice! Doesn't surprise me at all that the DDR publication is a rip-off of the original.

Yes you are right. It is from the “Ordnungspolizei”.

And also you are right that some publication there rip-off. But not only in the DDR also in West-Germany! They copy the old manuals too.
