98m 1917 dwm 36/erma barrel

here is the last of my 98m's. Its a very late build using a 36 dated erma finished barrel. It also has the 36 dated wide lower band. All matching and numbered a bit differently than others Ive seen. The bolt was re-purposed and the numbers were overstruck. The font looks correct. Most renumber jobs at this time were not super neatly done. But a bit nicer than a lineout and renumber. B for beech stock and the weimar eagle is overstruck one imperial crown just behind the trigger guard. Also a late s/42 rear sight assy.

Another nice rifle!

These rifles are not common in this condition, they do not have the following Imperial rifles or the 98k have, but they are gaining in interest. Especially for high quality jobs like this one.

Can you make out the wrist acceptance? Looks "Su" but hard to say?
