MG34 reversible feeds

Another fairly worthless accessory, (though scarce). Shown is the MG34 reversible feed tray with both left (standard) & right feed top covers. The right hand feed was normally used with twin gun mounts or in Armour where the left hand feed would be problematic. I sometimes shoot the MG34 with the right hand feed system just to see if anyone notices, most never do. It is the gadgets that make this hobby fun! JH

Hard to imagine a specific non-vehicular application for a GPMG to absolutely need a reverse feed, but thre it is. US machineguns have no provision for this that I know of.
