Enjoy this old work horse.. I was going through some closets today, this one has not seen daylight in many many years..The British Boys should like this one.. Colt .455 New Service Revolver sent to the British War Dept. in 1917..All accepted Colt New Service revolvers that were accepted for Military Service by the British War Office had a 'E' stamped under the left grip panel.. .455 Eley is the same as .445 Colt... a lot longer than .455 Webley... The brown Plastic Grips denote a Colt rebuild in England during WWII......BILL
