Picture references

I am new to the Forum and have a question regarding the Picture Reference section.

Is it permissable to copy the photos to one's compouter for personal reference use only?

Welcome to the site. The pictures are copyrighted legally. Thus they can be used and referred to by you, but if they are published anywhere else then legal action can be taken under US copyright laws. These pics are for the assistance of our forum members and collectors, like you, for private and personal reference, and not for distribution or other use. Again, welcome.
