Hello Bob,

It is a modern ID booklet and a decent on-line translating program will give you the information you want, that is if you are intrested in his post war service in the Bundeswehr.
What I can tell you is that their is no information or any type of detail whatsoever, besides the dates for his awards, on his WW2 service.
Their is a simple reason why you don't see them much although thousands of them are available and that is that document collectors aren't intrested in these modern German army Wehrpaßer.
