This was sent to me a year or so ago..JPS assembled lsr. Is it a u or v ?? got a pm saying it might be a W ? Ok,
Im leaning tword V. I just want to be sure before I post it in the data base..

That is too nice to forget. Both are nice. The Sauer script is a bit tough to read. I am glad somebody was quick to figure it out. W would make sense too.

these pic's were sent to me and I forgot I had them saved. I was able to land the Bcd4 phospate but, He wanted way to much for the lsr with no optics. You cant get them all. They were both local to me..I found the guy at a local gun show..He thought it was an X block which I knew it wasnt..

Yes that is very close.. It's odd they used a script on the rifle and a block letter on the mount.. I have seen similar on erma k98's where they used block on the barrel/rec. and script on the wood ?

43514 was sold last year by Hermann Historica .
On this serial range , Kahles Long side rail is always on Sauer rifle in W or X block .
