Any Info about this ammo pouch?

Found an ammo pouch at a yard sale and was hoping somebody here could help me identify it. I have no information about it, what era, country of origin, nothing. Inside the right pouch is a stamp that reads:

D8
OTR8 62

These are the only visible markings. Any Clue?

Soviet - post WWII for the Moisin Nagant rifle.

See them for sale 10 for $5 bucks, sometimes 1 for $5 bucks.
