well the stock isnt original to the rifle that much is certain. What is the code on the receiver?

The code is ax 41.
My question is if the rail mount is an original one or it is a replica, can it be deduced from the pictures? There are two WaAs and some letters imprinted on the bottom. Are the WaAs genuine? Do the letters have a meaning?

I know for sure that AX41 did not made scope mounted k98 rifles,,so it does not fit yours rifle

Of course I agree with you, factory made Zf41 K98s are only byf, duv and ar, even if it is known that a certain amount of k98s were fitted with
Zf41 on the field by trained armourers (see R .D. Law vol. 2 pag.84).
In this case I'm rather sure that it is not an original field conversion, the stock is not lowered in a good way and, this isn't visible in the pictures, all the rear sight assy is slightly rotated clockwise.
In the end, assumed that the fitting is quite sure not original, what I would like to know with the help of the forum is, even if with the uncertainty of the case, if the markings on the rail mount can be an indication at least of the genuinity of the rail mount itself.
