The early 1937 Clemen & Jung blades were marked with their S/241 code and then changed to the name stamp later. The named ones like yours extended through the late "c" block and possibly into the "d" block before changing over to 1938 and continuing the serial numbering. This company eventually used the "cqh" code during the wartime years.
Your bayonet is in nice condition, but unfortunately without the original matching scabbard, the value is cut in half.
JMHO, but the value as it stands would probably be in the $50 - $60 range.
