From what I see it looks OK, better photos overall would be a help.

It looks legit to me. There is some variation in how these scopes were marked.

It could have been assembled from parts post war. I don't see any serial numbers.

Compare it to the pics on the link below:


It doesn't look like the current crop of repros on ebay.

Hard to say without more details and photos... Does it have the original metal storage can? Does it have the original Klarinol cloth and cleaning brush? What are the optics like, are they clear and is the reticle visible? Does the knurled elevation sleeve on the tube work? Is the front lens adjustment area clean and rust free and the adjustment barrels free to rotate(if not you will not be able to zero the scope). If you just want a scope to display, then this one may be fine for you, if you want to sight it in and shoot with it then you need to pay attention to the details or it could be an expensive mistake.
