Here are two identical bayonets that supposedly came from a vet who stated he got them from the factory. Take that with a grain of salt as I never had the opportunity to meet with, or talk to him.
Anyway, the bayo gods seem to agree this type of bayonet was made by Eickhorn very late in the war.
Both bayonets are in nearly new condition and show typical late-war characteristics. Notice the crudeness of the blades and also the poor blueing. Absolutely no markings except for a number on the blade tang that can't be seen without removing the flashguard. One blade is #2675, while the other is #62.
