ANALYSIS
Unlike Gunauction.com, Gunbroker auctions disappear after a few months. It is difficult to say whether prices are up or down from these results. I will say that it seems the volume of rifles for sale seems to be increasing, but not necessarily the quality. As time goes by, good rifles find their way into permanent collections while lesser rifles are altered by dishonest sellers trying to make a dollar. There are multiple examples in this list where dishonesty paid well. Still, in these results are examples of some great buys. The 42 1938 was a good buy as was the DOT 44 SKM and the BYF 44 “L” block with bayonet.
