Here is a picture of a VZ24 I have that has a very crisp Slovak proof on the butt stock & bayonet scabbard. Stock is a replacement during rebuild and no other Slovak proofs appear on the rifle.JH

Did the Slovaks modify the vz24 in the same manner as the Germans, or was it left in the Czech configuration?

The pieces are part of romanian contract, the bayonet was reworked and reblued postwar by Romanians, there should be romanian letter and serial number on pommel and frogstud.the grips are probably new too.best regards,Andy
An unmessed with Slovak marked Vz24 bayonet just sold on eBay for all of $46. I don't think many appreciated what it was! The condition was average at best, but at least untouched by the Romanians.

Yes the blade is ok same as grip, the scabbard is missmatched and done in Brno and overhauled by Romanians. I believe You will found better as this, no problem found the slovak proofed under romanian contract.
