I've always been a firm believer that a good reference library is a collector's best investment. My personal library numbers well over 2k books. I guess I should have adopted the Dewey Decimal System, because I sometimes forget what's hidden on the top shelves.
Here is "Fact Sheet # 133 from the Oberkommando des Heeres dealing with different methods of camouflage for summer and winter. It is 64 pages in length. Thought you guys might find this sort of interesting.
Ham, sorry there isn't more detail on helmets.
"Camouflage - Compilation of experience from the fighting from all fronts"
"Oberkommando des Heeres"
"Table of Contents"
"Steel helmet with drawn over camouflage"
"ScharfschÜtzen - the right way and the wrong way"
"Winter"
"Observation booth in a dummy tree stump"
"Panzerkampfwagen"
