I picked this up earlier in the week. It's an all matching, phosphate finished SVW45 P38. It was made shortly before the Allies occupied the Oberndorf factory and it received only one of three inspection/proof markings on the right side of the slide. Here are some pics.

It's hard to find this variation of svw45, most were swallowed up by the French and finished by them. That's a keeper! Here's mine, but it has all 3 side proofs, pretty close in serial!

Thanks for your comments fellas. Jack, the barrel is phosphated as well. Beautiful pistol you've got there mrfarb!

Definately a keeper, Len...

Here is my second variation svw45, #1867f with phosphate frame and slide and a blued barrel and locking block.
