I found similar strap that came on a bino case.. Its close but not the same. Plus its missing one clip.
You can obviously use a bread bag strap if you want..
The strap is period 3r but the clip is different and its sewn on the other end..

I've got a couple of straps
I've got two green web straps and would be willing to sell one. Both have aluminum end clips. If you intrersted I will consider selling one for $375. Very rare piece. Let me know.

Here is the same type of strap seen on a ZF4 box late war as well. This is the same type as the two I have. Aluminum snap hooks, typically painted to match the scope cans and a soft web strap. I have only ever seen two of these come up for sale and I bought them both

One difference with the canteen clips is the opening for the strap. Canteen straps have the rounded slot for the strap, these have a squared end, compare photos.

Web Scope Can Strap 1
Here is the first of the two web straps using the aluminum SC marked ends. Adjusting buckle is also aluminum and only one of the of the two end clips is marked SC. No other markings found. Comments appreciated.

The second strap which is identical in all aspects to the first other than the color of the stitching which is darker (dirtier?). Markings on the ends are the same, only one of two end snaps marked SC, buckle is aluminum. From what I have been able to find these were used on optical scope cans for a number of applications such as G/K43, LSR and others. Very hard to find and rare from what I have found over the years. Comments welcome!
