The lack of the Menzel "c" marking on the stock and the WaA on the inside of the barrel channel along with the wide bolt cutout make me think it's a later Steyr stock rather than a Gustloff stock. I believe the "t" block should be internally numbered still, I believe the internal numbering was dropped either later in the y block or with the 5 digit serial though someone please correct me if I'm wrong. The pics attached are of the barrel channel of my late 5 digit bcd, link is of another t block bcd 4.
bcd 4 blued t block Time to cull the herd a bit..Just want to post some guns I have before they move on. We don't seem to have many threads on these blued bcd's. The phosphates get all the glory. Honest bcd 4 blue. Completely matching including wood on stock bed and handguard.
I took it apart and no waA inside the stock channel! Just an H! Looks to me the stock has been on this rifle a long time! WaA 214 on stamped trigger plate and a milled numbered matching floor plate. I took the butt plate off and no markings on the wood!
