Decided to remove the shellac from this RC. Not big on using chemicals, so broke out some Gorilla Tape and an old credit card. Starting to look better, need more tape though. Being an RC, can anyone tell me what this bolt marking came out of?

Can you show the exact opposite side of the bolt? Should be eagle over a number.

Yeah, not my strong suit but I was wondering if you can determine anything else from what's shown? I don't know that mark on the rear face where an eagle proof would be on a military rifle.

Thanks for the quick reply. Googled the Banner K and found a couple of guns with the same markings.

Most likely from a 1934....the 1933's are numbered along the top of the stem, not on the root
