Although that study doesn't cover bolt FP and acceptance, it would be helpful to see the underside of the bolt flat, to see the fireproof and acceptance stamp. I do trend these things 1888-1945 and it would be helpful to see yours. Some of these early Imperial FP are very distinctive and in time i hope to have a good grasp of which FP can be tied to which makers. This carries over to M98 variations too and even interwar and NS eras also, but this early phase they are most distinctive to each maker, though offhand the Suhl consortium probably have less distinctive characteristics.
