I found this marking on a 37 Erma K98k. Has anyone else seen this before/know what it is?

Hmm, you are right. The digits do look like other SCWs I have seen. Not sure how I missed this. Then that cartouche on the stock could also be Spanish but I can't let this go until I know exactly what it is.

I'm further east towards Jersey but that would be cool, I would be up for that no doubt.
