Finally...made my order of Kriegsmodel and other goodies today!

Just one of those things where you want something but life keeps you too busy.

Nevertheless, I ordered my copy of Kreigsmodel today!

Perfect timing, I am just near the end of a military Ex and then I am having surgery, but I don't think there is a better way to pass the time recovering from surgery, than by reading about K98s?

To add to the joy, I ordered a WWII MG34 mount that might take some work…what a great winter project.

To top it all off, I ordered one of the STG 44 mags from Keep Shooting and I will provide a field report once I have taken it to the range.

Let me know how the mags from keep shooting are- I need a few spares for my PTR44.

I guess the first set sold like "hot cakes" and they are now on the second batch.

Shotgun news has a six page cover story in color on the PTR44 with several nice pics that I bought off the news stands today.
