Mod assignments for contract rifles

I've reassigned the mod duties for this section of the forum. I've added 3371940 to go with Pisgah. These two gentlemen know quite a bit about the contract guns used by the Germans during the war, and will be able to make it a great section.

Guys, this is your forum- make it into whatever you see fit.
