Civilian Model W 625?

I understood that the W625 were military design and 317 sports or civilian.

They might have been angling for contracts but the model 625 W is a civilian firearm. The military used .22 cal. inserts as they already had the rifles. I would definitely refer to Luftmacher’s comments on page one of the thread.

This is spurring me to take the rifle to the range again. Hopefully the weather stabilizes and I can go to the outdoor range.
