This is my dream bayonet! I am jealous, thank you for sharing! You are lucky to find all of these.

Yes indeed , that is a very nicely marked example.
Can anyone tell me what the reason that year (1937), there are a few different examples of E.u.F.Horster? Examples that just have: (1) E.u.F.Horster on the blade and E.u.F.Horster & date only on the scabbard,(2) E.u.F.Horster & Soligen on blade and E.u.F.Horster & Soligen and date on scabbard, (3)E.u.F.Horster only on blade & E.u.F.Horster & Soligen & date on the scabbard
Was this some sort of transition ?
Thanks

1937 is a switch year
1. S/155 1937 dated
2. E.u.F.Hoerster/Solingen
3. E.u.F.Hoerster /date
the Your mentioned piece 3 with normal name/date and Solingen scabbard is only a exception and was probably left over of already marked parts
best regards?Andy

Thanks Andy,
I was a little confused to see that many variations of one year, and had forgotten about the S/155 switchover.
The third example I gave was mine, here are some pictures to compare :
