swp 45 sniper rifle?

I was searching for a k98 and found these bad boys, it says they were found in some russian warehouse, reblued not number matching but real snipers.
My question is, are these used only by SS or all troops? and is there something real about these guns?

Postwar Czech rifles with fake markings, including fake serial numbers. You decide!

its not funny anymore...

I assume Czech Army still produced and used these rifles after WWII. There are quite a lot of those SSDC SWP45 rifles around.
