Purchasing Vol III - New printing available?

Hey guys,
New member this month and am loving the forum so far. Thanks, first of all, for all the great info to be found here. It's been enlightening!
I noted that the original printing is all sold out, but that more copies had/have been printed. Are any of those still available? What's the pricing? How does one order one?
I took a look around, but I'll apologize in advance in case those answers are posted someplace obvious and I'm just blind as a bat.

Bought a copy for a friend this weekend at a gunshow and paid $95. Is that the going rate now ?

Yep thats about the rate from 90-95.

Probably came from a dealer who bought them from Rumpf and Son, a wholesaler who bought a good number of books from us.
