Picked up a 1936 S/42 from a co-worker. Wanted to know if it's fake stamping.

Hello, I recently picked up a Mauser from my co-worker as he is selling off most of his guns for a new motorcycle.

The stock has been "Sporterized" taking the original stock and reshaping and refinishing it. I am aware that obviously isn't original.

However the bolt on this rifle is CLEAN, as well as most of the markings. My concerns are that it is a fake stamped reproduction or something like that. The rifle just looks too damn good. Forgive me, I don't know much about Mauser rifles, my only experience in World War II rifles are about 3 Mosin Nagants I've owned through the years.
