VZ24 stock

I have barrel/ action and I am wondering if it will fit into a M48 stock or can I only put it in a vz24 military stock...I don't want to use a sporter stock. Thanks
 
If it is a Vz-24 barreled action I would put it back into a Vz-24 stock. Different stocks have different band and hand guard setups. I don't know for sure that a Vz-24 does not drop into a Yugo M48 stock but Vz-24 stocks are typically not too expensive. I haven't priced one recently but would think you could find one for less than $100 and possibly less than $50.

Ok, I will see if I can find a VZ24 stock then. on a not so close inspection it looked like an M48 would fit and I have seen a few of these locally. Thanks
 
The post war M48 is a short action while the VZ24 is a long action. They do not interchange stocks nor bolts nor trigger guards.
