    Default G43 in 7.62 NATO

    Hello All,
I recently bought a G43 in what I thought was 8mm. However, it turns out that it's been converted into 7.62, it cycles and ejects. How common are these? Resale value?

Well it's collector value is gone.

I'd place it around the same value as a VOPO. $2500-3250 in CAD. But that depends on what the rest of the rifle is like.

Honestly from a reenactor stand point I'd prefer to have one chambered in 7.62

I have a G43 in 8mm and if you're in the states I'd consider trading.

Not sure how that would look going across borders. If you find a WWII reenactment group up there 7.62 blanks are over half of what they are for 8mm so a 7.62 anything for reenactors usually carries a premium for the cheaper ammo/blanks.

    For what it's worth.

I'd like to know where you find your VOPO's, because I sell them $3500+ all day long!!
