This walked into one of the local shows a little while ago. It's pretty clean. It definitely made my day.

I doubt that woulda made it through the door down here. Talk about a feeding frenzy.

That is a crisp rifle.
 
Remarkable condition what a extremely nice rifle. Glad you were able too get it. And most likely had too beat the dealers at the show off you with a stick after the deal was over. :laugh:
 
Thanks for the compliments. I was extremely happy to acquire this one as it completed my set of four. I now have a 33 & 34 Banner for the Reichsbahn and a 33 & 34 Banner for the Reichspost. Both of the "DR" rifles were walk-ins at a show and are in excellent condition.

Winchester Cowboy....there is no rack number on the butt plate.

Now that's not fair lol. That is a seriously impressive group of rifles. When you get a chance could you post a group shot? Congrats on completely your set.

Peter our 1934 DR Banners are not that far apart, and like yours my bolt has the serial number on the handle stem and proof marks on the flat.
