You called it, it is a civilian-printed reference document for the Mauser 98 series (mostly the K98 but also refers to other 98 models), part of an apparent series of 'weapons charts'. Individual copy was 10 Rpf, buying in bulk (and with mixed titles) could be 7 Rpf each. Printed in Potsdam.
