Hi. Please let me know of you think this is a worth while starter G43. Matching #'s except for the bolt group which matches itself (I didn't take it apart and cant comment on whether the gas system is electro-penciled but its supposedly original). The bore is fine. It smells like the receiver and bolt carrier may have been refinished/cleaned. I suspect the sight hood is a repro because the cleaning rod is. Assuming the bolt group and gas system are correct, is $2100 fair? Thanks

Agree not too mention the mismatched parts as well. A mismatched bolt group on a G/K43 rifle works the same on value as a mismatched bolt on a K98 rifle. Cuts the value by almost 50%.

A rifle like this with no stock issues, all matching, and in good condition would sell up to $3,000. Maybe more depending on the dealer/seller.

Be a good shooter type though.

Is it 3110a ? Hard to tell.

Definitely pass unless you are just looking for an expensive shooter. If you are, then you will have to spend more money on a shooter's kit so it doesn't self destruct at some point on the range.

Getting just the right one to fit your wants will take time. It took me quite a while and lots of research and questions before getting my first. You will be rewarded for your time, research and patience.
