May Need a K98k Stock for BNZ44 - Splitting Problem

I have a non-matching stock on my K98k, BNZ44. It has splits that may get worse. So, I am considering a repair. Another option is to get a replacement stock and keep the old stock. That way, should I ever sell the rifle, I could then provide both the original stock and the replacement in the sale.

Splits are shown in the pictures.

Either way, where's the best place to look for a replacement stock? And, of I do purchase another one, what is the general price range these days for a K98k stock in good condition (subjective, I know)?

Thanks for your responses.

I bet the recoil lug is set back too. If it were me, I'd just replace it. Stocks are easy to find, and you said it isn't matching so no need to keep it.

I have replacement stocks. Not historically correct for a BNZ though. They are correct "style" cupped laminates but more for 43-early44 BYF. These both come with their matching trigger guard assemblies as well but were not installed in these photos. $310+ship
