Are there any other entries in the same date range? Like equipment issue? What unit was he with when this was issued? I'd say other entries could support or dispel this entry.

If it is in a Soldbuch of a soldier that served in a frontline combat unit I don't see any problem with it.
For Soldbuch collector this isn't entry that adds much financial value.

More details

I'm not an soldbuch collector, I think if its added its value goes high...

this last, VERY suspicious to me. seems made just "yesterday". modern ink. the rest of SB and entries show "old patina".
also, I don't like the way '45 assigned unit is placed (same font and ink) before older one ..... but perhaps I'm not expert enough.

The weapon entries in the last one are bogus.
Someone "upgraded" a 25€ Soldbuch.

A good rule of thumb is that Landesschützen troops, logistical personel and all other pencil pushers and desk jockeys aren't issued weapons like a MP44's, sniper scopes and such in the German army.
Someone of course will proof me wrong by showing an authentic entry but if you don't want to buy Soldbucher with fake weapon entries I would follow it anyway.

Thats an interesting entry. Shows that the holder of the book was legaly carrying an private bought FN pistol in 9mm. This kind of entrys not so often found, mostly for
pistols in 6,35mm or 7,65mm .

Could you post more of this book? What was last rank of the owner?
