seen a few of these lately, what do they mean?, thanks in advance.

I guess they are not that common as I don't run into them. It is neat and I don't currently have an example with a retailer mark.
 
The gun shop was founded in1907 and was located in Hannover- Linden. The owner of the shop was Friedrich Schasiepen, Mastergunsmith. He run his shop still after WW2, hunting rifles with his signature are often found.
Also trainers of every kind with the tag of his shop are found from time to time.
Around the mid 1920 he was located in "Am Schwarzen Bären", an building who can see in this postcard:

@ Mikegermeny, thanks so much for all that detailed info., I passed on that rifle because of mismatched bolt, and it didn't look to be a Mauser Bolt as it was a Mauser DSM, but if it had a original HJ tag would have been mine as where my true interest is.
