Pictures of spring guide, it looks pretty beat up. Bolt housing retainer is moving in and out on guide and in every direction. Is it OK? Pictures and video below.

That's where the problem is,the spring guide and locking disc are completely worn out allowing the whole assembly to pop out,like I said in my earlier post you should replace
both and the problem will be solved.
