Earliest I've found. Also a paper (found inside the pouch) I don't recognize.

It's hard to read everything on that paper, but translated, it says Department in the top left, Receipt Number top right, and Expended By, below the Department line. Most likely, this is an issue receipt for the ammo pouches. Pretty awesome to still be with it!

It's a loaner receipt. Someone borrowed from official source whatever was marked down on the receipt. We need a better picture of the writing. The tool shown could be a handgun cleaning rod or a spam can opener, most likely the latter.

Looks like the same maker as on the D.R.P. KLRH (Postschutz Karlsruhe) pouch shown in Vol.1 pg. 547.
Any markings inside the lids?

Yes, one of the lids is marked on the inside but I don't have it in hand yet. It's still at Viking Santa's place in Norway. I'll see if I can get a photo from him of the marking. I posted clearer pics of the receipt in the "documents" section of the forum here.
