Hi there - I assume the page from the Soldbuch indicates you have that as well? This would be quite a valuable set. The roughest and most general rule is that an award document is worth as much as the corresponding award (for example, ~$100 for an EK2, ~$100 for the document). Obviously condition, the signer, any special connections to popular battles/fronts all affect this.

On July 20, 1942 he got the Medaille Winterschlacht im Osten (Eastern Front Medal) and in the document his rank was Feldwebel.
On January 30, 1943 (in the Soldbuch January 31, 1942 ?) he got the Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2. Kl. m. Schw. (War Merit Cross 2nd class with swords) and his rank was Unteroffizier (he got degraded?).
On June 22, 1944 he got the Nahkampfspange 1. Stufe (Close Combat Clasp) and on the document is his rank Oberfeldwebel, but at this time he was already Hauptfeldwebel for some months. (again degraded?)
On May 7, 1945 he got the Verwundetenabzeichen in Gold (Wound Badge in Gold) and on the document his rank is Oberfeldwebel. But since February 1, 1944 he was already Hauptfeldwebel. (again degraded?)

I'm not a expert, but...

thank You for the answers a little upgrade to my knowledge, the documents aren my zone

I'm not a expert, but...

Back then, Hauptfeldwebel was NOT a rank, but an official position. He had the rank of Oberfeldwebel, but held the position of a Hauptfeldwebel. (Spieß, or mother of the company)
Degraded? Why not. One of my uncles was degraded 3x for refusal to obey orders from his company leader. My uncle survived the war as Oberfeldwebel. His company leader did not.
This is the first time I see a "Hauptfeldwebel" as rank in a paybook. On award documents it is more common.

Today, Hauptfeldwebel is a rank and the "Spieß" is Kompaniefeldwebel with undefined rank. Could be a Feldwebel.

I have to look up the soldiers name in the regimental history. But from what I can see, everything looks ok, with some very interesting signatures on the documents.

You are right, back then Hauptfeldwebel was a official position and not a rank. Now more photos of the Soldbuch are uploaded and page 3 even shows it:
Beförderung (promotion) on December 1, 1943 (to Oberfeldwebel)
Ernennung (appointment to) on February 1, 1944 (to Hauptfeldwebel)

thank You very much for the help
and for a big load of knowledge and features that i had no idea about.
best regards
