Quick question on overseas sales

Planning to do import /export of parts?
The Prosecuting Attorney and Judge will say that you have a "duty to be informed" to do "due diligence" of all regulations, and a duty to know where any parts you ship over seas are going to end up.
And to stay current of any change in regulations.

Remember the Prosecuting Attorneys and compliance agents get "attaboys"/ promotions/ bonuses on how many "scalps" they collect.

The prosecuting attorneys and compliance agents do not give a damn about how much it costs to prosecute anyone. They have unlimited funds and resources while you can afford how much?
Their jobs and career-advancement depend on prosecutions.

Another pain in the butt to check (yes I know it is international, and guess what country is a signatory?):

I agree the research must be done. I don't mess with bolts, receivers, barrels or any other part that is regulated here or in the receiving country. That is the job of an FFL08. Yes it is a pain in the rear but to me it is worth it. I'm not doing it as a business. Mostly just trading with collectors.
