Airing out the SVT PU's

Well another member on the forum wanted an SVT mount and proper vintage PU scope - so I had to dig out the old collection and while doing so I thought I would take a picture.

Sadly all reproduction mounts. All are original 1940-42 scopes with original WWII/Early Post War scope covers.

I luckily has a doubles of my Progress 1942 scope set up, so I decided to sell him the one still in the grease/wrap.

Now I figure the 5x legitimate SVT Sniper rifles in my collection are not enough and I'm going to have to expand the collection.

Can't compete with this number, but my four SVT mounts are all originals (and yes, the one on the very right was sportered).

Very nice. More pics are always appreciated. I trimmed my original SVT snipers, all refurbs, down to two. Original mounts, only one dug example in decent condition. They are hens teeth here.
