Hello Guys,

now i got my first G 43, it is an BLM (WaA 214) made G 43 from 1944 SN in g Block.

It is a mismatched partmix rifle, Bolt carrier is made by Walther S/N 3750 WaA 359

I`m wondering about the Stock, there are no S/N and no WaA`s, maybe a post war replacement stock?

I`m not very familiar with the G 43, every opinion and info about this one is very welcome!

Here are some Pics:

Looks good to me. The stock has been lightly sanded, maybe that's why you can't find markings.
I hope it hasn't been deactivated in order to conform to stupid local laws.

Can you take a photo of the wrist? And bottom of butt? No markings there? I see a little chatter, possible it was a late late walther stock with no side acceptance, only faint one on bottom of butt and one at the wrist

I could not find any markings, but i will take a closer look to the stock locations next Weekend and post some pics!

Nice looking original stock for sure! You'll probably find something under the buttplate. I found a date under my AC 45 d block... Sad it's been deactivated.. Bolt and or barrel can be remedied...

Unfortunately I had not the time to take some more pictures the last weeks.
But now I could make some more pics from the wrist.
